On March 24, Meitu's AI Open Platform launched the all-new Meitu CLI tool. The first batch of Meitu AI Skills has been listed on ClawHub, joining the OpenClaw ecosystem. Covering both individual and enterprise use cases, these Skills are now available for direct installation and use by all OpenClaw users.

Once OpenClaw is set up, users can install Meitu AI Skills directly from ClawHub and seamlessly access Meitu's AI imaging capabilities through the Meitu CLI tool. Whether for e-commerce merchants producing product images in bulk, content creators generating cover images, or individual users creating stylised avatars, Meitu AI Skills makes it all simple and seamless.

Additionally, through WeChat's official OpenClaw plug-in, users can now access Meitu AI Skills directly within WeChat.

Meitu AI Skills currently offers eight AI imaging capability modules, covering mainstream visual creation scenarios — including video motion transfer, image editing, image generation/design, image upscaling, "AI Wardrobe", image-to-video, "AI Resize", and "AI Cutout" — to meet users' diverse creative needs.

Drawing on Meitu's longstanding expertise in imaging aesthetics and the AI capabilities accumulated by Meitu's Imaging Research Lab (MT Lab), the Meitu CLI tool encapsulates Meitu's full suite of AI imaging capabilities. It provides professional development teams, new media practitioners, content creators, cross-border e-commerce merchants, and other global professional users with standardised, composable, and reusable capability modules.

In the past, standalone AI capabilities addressed individual problems. Within the OpenClaw ecosystem, however, Meitu AI Skills — scenario-based workflows built on the Meitu CLI — empower users to achieve end-to-end efficiency gains across AI imaging, AI video, and AI design. Users simply describe their needs in a single sentence, and the AI Agent instantly draws on Meitu's industry-leading AI imaging capabilities to automatically complete the entire creative workflow from concept to final output, enabling efficient, large-scale content production.

Take the e-commerce scenario as an example: merchants need only upload a single original product image and say, "Generate a set of Taobao e-commerce images for me." Meitu AI Skills will then automatically handle image cropping, image sharpening, scene compositing, sales copy generation, and multi-platform size adaptation, ultimately producing a complete set of e-commerce images ready for immediate listing. What once required hours of work by a designer can now be accomplished with a single command.

It is understood that the Meitu CLI tool currently adopts a flexible, pay-as-you-go model combining resource packages with usage-based pricing, with plans to introduce a subscription or resource package model in the future. Additionally, the Meitu CLI tool has introduced an innovative pay-per-successful-output billing model, lowering developers' trial-and-error costs.

Leveraging the core imaging capabilities of Meitu AI Skills, the Meitu CLI tool uses standardised computing resources and algorithms to rapidly integrate with overseas API aggregation platforms and open-source community ecosystems, delivering efficient, scalable capability modules to global developers and professional creators.
